  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated) Heat-treated to ensure it is safe to eat.
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • a pinch salt
Optional Garnish

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Use a hand mixer to beat them together until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar, followed by the vanilla extract. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Add your heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture, ensuring an authentic cookie dough texture.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  6. Serve the dip in a charming dish with an assortment of dippers such as graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels.
