Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Add the blue food coloring to the cookie dough. Then fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and chocolate chip cookies.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later enjoyment.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Feel free to customize with different mix-ins or adjust types of chocolate.
