Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups seedless grapes, halved red, green, or a mix
Creamy Dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Flavorings
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) optional
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove any stems. Cut them in half to make them easier to eat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, honey (or agave), and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well blended.
  3. Gently fold the halved grapes into the dressing until they are evenly coated. If you’re adding mini marshmallows, nuts, or coconut, mix those in now.
Chilling
  1. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill properly.
Serving
  1. Stir the salad gently before serving and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or agave. Enjoy your refreshing Creamy Grape Salad!

Notes

Choose fresh, firm grapes for the best texture. Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream to increase protein and reduce fat. Experiment with different flavors like diced apples or berries.
