  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option) Full-fat yogurt adds creaminess.
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice) Adjust based on desired creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 tablespoon juice from 1 lime
  • 1 cup ice cubes For a chilled smoothie.
Optional Toppings

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and dicing the ripe mangoes.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (if using), lime juice, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a little more milk until you reach your desired texture.
Tasting and Adjusting
  1. Take a quick taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity as needed.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with your favorite toppings like chia seeds, shredded coconut, or fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For the best flavor, choose ripe mangoes. You can also use frozen mango for a thicker consistency. Store any leftover smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze it for longer storage.
