Cooking

- While the salmon is baking, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, and a splash of lemon juice in a small bowl.
Assembly
- Layer your base (rice or quinoa) in bowls, top with fresh veggies, and add the crispy salmon bites.
- Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and enjoy!
