Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and a splash of vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a rectangular shape about ½ inch thick.
- Slice fresh strawberries and press them gently into the yogurt mixture, distributing them evenly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over the yogurt and strawberries in a decorative pattern.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until the bark is completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the bark from the pan and break it into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For the best texture, use high-quality Greek yogurt and ripe strawberries. Don’t rush the freezing process. Experiment with different fruits and toppings to customize your bark.
