Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small chunks.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped mangoes, lime juice, salt, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Freezing
  1. Pour the mango puree into a shallow dish and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  2. Place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until fully frozen. Stir every hour if desired to break up ice crystals.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly before scooping.
  2. Serve in bowls or cones.
