  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and a pinch of salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the oats and stir until well-combined.
  4. Gently fold in the diced peaches, reserving a few for topping the next morning.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or airtight container, seal it, and place it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  6. In the morning, give it a quick stir, add a splash more milk if desired, top with extra peaches, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Perfect for meal prepping. Customize with different fruits, nut butters, and seeds for variety.
