  2. Gently unwrap the burrata cheese and allow it to come to room temperature.
  3. Blend fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt to make the vinaigrette.
  4. Slice the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.
  5. Tear the burrata into large chunks and place them among the tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle the basil vinaigrette over the salad and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
