  • sea salt flakes and fresh ground black pepper Add to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the watermelon and cucumber thoroughly.
  2. Cube the watermelon and chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, chopped cucumber, and feta cheese.
  2. Toss in a handful of chopped mint leaves.
  3. Zest and juice the fresh lime over the top of the salad.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Carefully toss the salad to ensure everything is well combined.

Notes
