  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples and pears.
  3. In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Spread the apples and pears evenly in a baking dish.
  2. Generously sprinkle the topping mixture over the fruit.
  3. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Allow the crisp to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
